Hey all. Cosmo here giving a heads up. Seems like there's some buzz starting to be generated about Addicted. Our friend Adrian of Das Gift gave a great review, Cyberage Radio has requested an EP, we're being played in various fetish clubs and conventions, it just seems the virus is spreading. I can't wait to see what it's going to be like by Halloween. I'm thinking of contacting Rev. Jeremy Malice for an on-air review on Malice radio. We also have other types of promotions in the works. ALSO... we may have a video for How Bad Do You Want It by then. If so, we'll plaster it on the internet to where you can't miss it. You may say "How can you do all that in a couple months?" I say, "We're workaholics when it comes to this" This is an extention of our lives. Kinda like our own reality show. I've honestly never heard anything like it and I'm proud to be a part of this.
Don't forget to get your FREE download of The Stepford Nation EP. The songs are good and the EP has a good point to it. Just click here to get it. We're working on another like-minded track called Fate of the Nation which we will offer free as well. Still workin' out the tweeks and vocals on it. We'll keep you updated.
So anyways, that's about it. We'll keep you updated up to the release and let you know what's up. By the end of it you won't be able to get away from us! :0)

You can now download "The Stepford Nation EP" for free. We decided that the message of Stepford was more important than making money off of it. So enjoy it! Click HERE to get it. We also have a new podcast channel. You can watch our podcasts HERE.

"Powell" is going to be featured on the Halloween Special of HorrorAddicts.net October 25th, 2009, Episode #32. A big thank you to the fabulous Emerian Rich for playing us and creating an AWESOME show. Check it out if you're around. Also, Scream Machine now has the honor of being part of the soundtrack for London Fetish Fair, Spank Festival, The Backdrop Club and NY Bondage Club just to name a few. In fact, we were invited to play at London Fetish Fair. While we would love to, that is just not possible at this time. Keep your fingers crossed for us!
So if you attend any of these festivals/venues, keep your ear open for some sounds from your favorite sick puppies. Who knows? You might even see us there. Not playing, though. At least... not playing music. :0) We also have a special promotional EP For Fetish and BDSM clubs and groups available called Addicted To The Whip. This EP is currently being submitted to Fetish and BDSM clubs and groups for play at their events and is being very well-received. It is not available to the general public yet and can only be purchased through SoundClick.com.
If you are a Fetish event promoter or the programmer for an S&M, BDSM or Fetish club and you would like to use any of the songs from Addicted To The Whip at your event, please contact us for your free copy at sindellemorte@yahoo.com. Please be sure to include any links or other information about your event or club.
The rest of you guys have to pay. Sorry. :0) I'm going to tell you though, it's extremely sexy and enticing. You haven't heard anything like it. You can also wait until Addicted To The Whip is released in it's entirety and buy it then, hopefully later this year.
Last but not least, you can follow SM on Twitter by going to http://twitter.com/Scream_Machine .
We update it pretty regularly.
That's the update for now!

Salutations to all, as we sit here listening to Paul Di'Anno singing metal christmas carols, we hope you all are having a great holiday season. Don't spike the 'nog too much and if you're partying, do it responsibly. All in all, stay safe and don't get arrested. 'Tis the season for the cops to make their quotas, ya know? May all your children (if you have any) have smiling faces Christmas morning.
With that said, we released our first project Spider Riot. The response was actually surprising. SinDelle immediately started putting together tracks for Nona. I would say half the tracks were all her. With me working all the time I couldn't contribute as much as I'd like to. I would say in the past month we both worked day and night composing different material. Some you'll hear on Nona and the rest you may hear as a b-side in the future or never at all. Once we rule the industry we'll put them on a CD-R and auction it on Ebay...j/k. It would sell for a dollar and we'd lose out on shipping. Anyways, 2009 is shaping up to be even more progressive. We are looking into some net lables and even a couple major lables that have shown interest in our material. We will probably release Nona induvidually around Springtime through CD Baby. We'll release .mp3 sales sooner than that hopefully. I'm going to warn you now...if you heard Spider Riot and not heard the new stuff be prepared for a more traditional EP. Not the experimental tracks we released before. We're both excited about it. We may step back for a moment before releasing it widespread and work on other projects. SinDelle has been working on a novel called Frailty that has caught some editors attention and she is wanting to finish it as well as find some sort of literary agent to shop it around to. I'll be the first to say that Frailty is a visionary mindfuck and a half. As far as myself, I'm bringing back The Head Wound and plan on being more involved with it. For those that don't know, check out the Radio Stations page.
All I can say is as of next Monday at 8:00 PM EST the REAL underground will surface in the metal industry. I also am giving thought to doing a seperate Industrial show. We'll see what happens.
So that's what it's been and going to be. Like every year, times are good and tough, but the music and humor carries us through. I expect the same the next coming year. Keep it real, cop a feel, and don't spit the same ole shmeal.
All Hails,
Cosmo Morte
